Once you activate your User Profile, you can proceed to apply for membership by logging in to the members area and selecting my profile.
 Log in using your existing username and password. PLEASE do not create a new User Profile. If you have forgotten your username or password please click the appropriate link on the login page to have your username and password sent to your email address.
