RDBA does not disclose individual personal information to others unless we have your consent and we only release this information when required to do so in the course of fulfilling the purpose for which the information was collected.

  • We keep track of the results of Members’ training and education and report this only to organizations with which a Member has business dealings for the purpose of fulfilling regulatory requirements.
  • If an individual has given the RDBA personal information in respect of raising a question about a Member of the RDBA, it may be necessary, with the consent of the individual, to provide such information to the Member in order to consider the question being raised.
  • We may provide your personal information to our suppliers and service providers for the purposes of developing and maintaining our information systems and Website.
  • The RDBA may disclose your personal information to a government institution or regulatory agency that has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information or where the RDBA has reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the investigation of unlawful activity.

Emails and Newsletters from the RDBA

If you contact the RDBA by email or otherwise indicate that you want to receive email from the RDBA, then from time to time, the RDBA may send to you email or other communications containing information about the RDBA, the Website and other matters the RDBA believes may be of interest you. The RDBA keeps personal information as accurate, complete, current and relevant as necessary for the identified purposes.
